Corporal Punishment In Schools

This video has actually been around for some time. The child must not be spanked at home, given the commotion BEFORE he was swatted. I for one think that corporal punishment should be permitted in public schools. However, my ex and I have always sent the girls to private school in part because the school uses the paddle.

This is all a bit out of control and the spanking has basically degenerated into a free for all. Not the way to discipline a child of this age
