PMing Admins - Dakoda - 10-27-2013
I hope this is the right place for this. Yesterday I PMed the Administrator and an admin. When I never got a reply I checked the sent message box and neither were there. Do you know why? It's kind of important.

I don't know why that happened.
My guess is that there was a system error. Maybe Michael will have a better idea. Try sending your PM's again and see if that helps. I hope the glitch doesn't keep happening. It it does, let us know by posting again.Thanks again for your participation in the forum.

Also, sometimes the admins just get busy so it may take a bit for them to respond.

Dakoda, I'm not sure why your message didn't get through to us right away. I'm hoping it was a one-time system error, because I haven't heard of any other problems with our messaging system.
You did the right thing by posting something about it though. Good job!
One thing I want you to check on next time you send a message - at the bottom of the "Compose a Private Message" page, there are 4 options that can be checked or un-checked. The 3rd option is "Save a Copy," which will keep a copy of your message in your "Sent Messages" folder. Perhaps yours was already checked. But if it wasn't, that would explain why the message wasn't saved for you.

I think I had this trouble a while back, the PM is still in my savebox though, I could probably send it again, but it isn't important much anymore.

Thanks for letting me know that this has probably happened more than once. I hope that it won't continue to be an issue.
