1st his butt does look that bad.
2nd what do you expected when you limit the amount of swats they can give to 3-5 over their jeans 👖 of course they have to put some force behind it in order for it to be effective. Also since they can’t see what they are doing through his pants. They have no idea if they need to go harder, softer, or stop 🛑, and don’t for 1 second think 🤔 that a kid that age wouldn’t make it sound worse than it is. If no other kids can see, or hear him getting it, so the teachers can’t go by sounded what the kid says to tell if the swat was effective.
