Why are we hiding and censoring debate?
#1
Most all of Sarah's complaints got moved to the kids' room where adults can't see them, as did my post agreeing with her, and then Garth locked the thread ending all debate. At the end of the day, obviously it is the adult/moderator's place to make the decision, but trying to censure, hide, and discourage any dissenting opinion seems a bit like something a dictator would do.

I have decided to refer the debate to Michael. He is the owner of the Forum and is the only person that can change the structure of the Forum. Moderators do not have this power or access to the Administration Panel. As per our rules any post that descrimates against any other member will be deleted or unapproved until Administration decides on the validity of the request to change our membership eligibility to any of the rooms. Please be patient. Michael is very good a comming up with solutions to these kinds of problems.

Yes, we just want to avoid any direct statements against other members, but at the same time we take everyone's opinion quite seriously and are truly grateful for your words.

I do see a lot to recommend in the existing forum structure, but I can see moving things around a little and considering some changes to enhance privacy.
