Picking Up the Pace!

LOL it's always funny when a topic veers wildly off course. Rolleyes

First off, thanks to the members who expressed their appreciation to me personally, as well to my friends Dave and Garth for their support in making our home a friendly place on the web. Heart I'm grateful to all of our members as well - without your participation, this forum would be an empty shell. Instead, we enjoy a board that is (in my opinion), lively, fun, topical, humorous, supportive... I'm sure I could go on, but you get the idea. Wink

Secondly, should there be any question regarding the "humor" exhibited by some of our members (who shall go unnamed in this post Tongue), I will simply state that I don't think anything here or in other topics on the board violates any of our Rules of the House. That said, does some of the innuendo violate good taste? Perhaps. But my own sense of humor is just twisted enough to appreciate it LOL. Blush

I'm just glad that our members - junior and senior alike - are comfortable enough here to let their personalities shine through their postings! Idea

I agree with you 100% Michael. Especially that last part. Big Grin It really makes it feel like a home when we can laugh together and joke around with each other. I too really like the humor exhibited by our members. I try to stir the pot a little too when I can. hehe. Tongue

I think this is largely due to our moderators and admins. You have always done a good job of monitoring posts and ensuring they comply with the rules of this site. I have been smacked down once or twice for some rather sharp criticism that maybe went too far, and rather than be upset about this, I was glad to be reigned in, so as not to spoil the camaraderie and respect that makes this board so inviting.
