I found this to be an interesting time capsule, and a good reminder that what works for one kid isn't necessarily going to work for another. Also, our kids' feedback on their discipline can be very useful.

It's interesting how children who are spanked seem to change opinions through teens and beyond. Maddie is so confident she won't spank her kids, but I secretly suspect that will change. But maybe I only assume that because I am confident I will spank my kids?
