Question
Every time I try to log in I have to change my password? I set the same password but it doesn't seem to change from the previously generated one? Am I doing something incorrectly?

I checked your profile settings and I don't see any reason that you need to change password at each login.

I don't seem to have a problem if I use the computer generated password so I guess I'll stick with that for now.

It just occurred to me that it's possible the new password you're trying to set doesn't meet the criteria for passwords. I must confess I'm not sure what the criteria are but if you create a password that is at least 8 characters long, has upper and lower case letters and numerals, it should work.

Often there is an automatic password check when you create a password but sometimes the system does not tell you outright that you have set a non acceptable password eg using 'pw' not acceptable but 'Password99' is acceptable. Infuriatingly, the least important sites often set the highest hurdles, notably government run websites which now ask for a minimum 10 letters/numbers and sometimes a symbol (like ''$' or '€') for example....

At which point with all those different passwords it is really hard to remember leading to endless password resets.

Rant over!
