New Forums and This Forum

Yea it seems like no ones on there or here anymore.

Looks like most people went to the newer forums that Nancy and Kim set up. Very few people moved to the forum I created, Traditional Parenting.
FB still seems decently vigorous, if you look in the right places.

I think the religious and moral stances wouldn't be to a lot of people's taste. It is rather a shame this forum has suffered somewhat.

I understand the issue with the moral stances, but I really don't see the absence as being a good alternative.

The behind the scenes problems I have seen have really "Black Pilled" me as they say.

Nancy, a person who shares a lot of values with me, was someone who I strongly trusted on an ethical level. I can say the same for Michael J.

I can't say the same for some of the former moderators before them, some whom I later found to be roleplayers. Not naming names but that made me uncomfortable.

Michael was honest in administering the forum, he was indeed the founder. But I feel he overlooked some things.

I also trust Nancy on an ethical level. I'm very impressed with her new forum. But unfortunately, I didn't stay there for very long. Nancy is an excellent Administrator, but I was viciously attacked by one of the members of her forum because of who I voted for. I had been always been nice to this person. But when they asked me who I voted for, and I reluctantly told them, they viciously attacked me.

Thanks for sharing....no mater who ya voted for, that make me not want to join that forum. People need to be mature enough to disagree but be respectful. We teach kids that all the time yet it seems so many adults never learned how to disagree respectfully.

Yes things feel like they are in hibernation here. However, I still think the sum total here is good, so I hope things remain. Sometimes things gain their own momentum, but of course it is really down to the mods as to how they want to proceed.
