PRIVACY POLICY

1. Parenting and Spanking has NO marketing interests, and therefore shares NO personal information about ANY member with any other entity.

2. This forum collects email addresses from new members during the registration process. We DO NOT sell or otherwise share these addresses with any other entity.

3. This forum does not seek out any personal information from any Junior Member under the age of 13, with the exception of their email address during the registration process. Their email address is then permanently altered in our records immediately after they register for membership. This allows our forum to qualify for an exception to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

4. Should a Junior Member under the age of 13 forget their user name and/or password, they will be unable to use the recovery system because the board does not keep their email address on file. They may contact the forum administrator via email by clicking on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom left of each page on the board. Another option would be to register under a new account and then contact the forum administrator via private message.

5. No member of this board is allowed to ask for personal information from Junior Members under the age of 13 - including their full name, email address, social networking accounts, physical location, phone number, instant messaging IDs, etc. This policy keeps our forum in line with COPPA standards. Further, we discourage Junior Members of ANY age from providing personal information about themselves to anyone else online - including other members of this board.

6. Junior Members under the age of 13 are prohibited from providing ANY personal information about themselves here on this forum - including their full name, email address, social networking accounts, physical location, phone number, instant messaging IDs, etc. These cannot be shared either in new topics, posted replies, or private messages to other members.
